Helicoid Flighting
Helicoid flighting is formed from a single continuous steel strip. The single strip is precisely fabricated to the correct dimensions that form the familiar Spiral structure. Our helicoid flighting thickness ranges from 16 gauge to 1-1/2 inch. Standard ODs range from 1 inch to 24 inches (larger ODs available upon request).
Basic helicoid materials rolled are:
- HRS
- 8620
- 304SS
- 316LS
- AR225
- AR400
